Refund policy

If your gift basket merchandise arrives damaged, we will be happy to either replace it or credit the purchaser. You have 7 days from the delivery of gift to contact us about damaged goods.

For out of town deliveries, please inspect outer boxes and packaging for damages before signing a delivery slip. Retain all of the items or products in the gift plus all shipping materials. Please note that glass items are not guaranteed against breakage by any transportation company. We will do our absolute best in taking care, in our packaging methods to prevent possible breakage of glass.  Perishable gifts are not returnable due to health and safety concerns.

The recipient must send the return to our office in the original packaging material that it was shipped in. A refund will only be given to the purchaser. Customized non-food gift returns that are undamaged will be subject to approval by A Basket Case & will result in a restocking or handling fee. Food gifts that have been altered or opened are not refundable due to health safety reasons. Shipping fees & delivery costs are not refundable.

We reserve the right to make a substitution when stock items in a gift are sold out or temporarily unavailable. The substitution will be made at the same value or greater than the original item. Quality will not be compromised.
