By Agreeing to purchasing from us, you are authorizing A Basket Case to charge your credit card for the order you have placed and the shipping cost.
Shipping cost is added to order after we receive it and determine what the couriers will be charging us for this service. You will not see the shipping cost when you originally place your order. You will be able to see that information after you receive an email from us saying your order has been processed.
You can view the shipping costs, shipping times, all shipping restrictions and exclusions by viewing our shipping information page at the bottom of the page in the navigational area. The shipping information page will provide detailed information regarding the shipping of glass items and breakage due to third party providers. Please ensure that you read and understand this information.
You may login at anytime after submitting your order using the password you created to see any orders you have placed with A Basket Case. All of your completed order history will be there for you to view and print off your receipts. If you choose not to create a login and create your order as a Guest, you will not be able to go back and find your order history or delivery information at a later date. Please note: If the delivery information is incorrect or incomplete or the delivery could not be completed due to no one home or to sign for the acceptance of the delivery, there will additional charges for each attempt to deliver or to find the correct or incomplete address.
The credit card number is securely sent to A Basket Case and is then manually processed with the shipping price added and an email is then sent to your email address confirming shipping and total price.
